Shipping to Post Office Boxes
Due to some shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship packages to post office boxes. When placing your order please make sure that you provide us with an address where our logistics service can obtain a signature upon receiving the package.

We are only able to ship your order to one address. We understand that your order may include gifts that need to be delivered to several locations but to do this you will need to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship.

Sales Tax
All prices on our web are given in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and US Dollars ($) are shown inclusive of Government Tax (PPN) at the current rate of 10%. This will appear on your order confirmation and is itemized for you as you pass through the checkout in the RAITO website.
If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside Indonesia, this sales tax will be deducted at the checkout stage and this will be shown on your invoice.
Please note that RAITO has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.
Placing Your Order
When placing an order on our RAITO website a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit card/debit card will be sent to the email address that you have registered with us. This order confirmation contains a unique order number and details of the items that you have purchased. Please keep this document in the unlikely event you have a problem.
Status of Your Order
Your order confirmation email will contain a link to your order status, which will be updated periodically as your order is processed and dispatched to you. When you click on this link you will be taken to your order status page. You will need to login with your registered email address and password to see this update.
Delivery Times
All orders made on the RAITO website are delivered Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM. With stock availability, all orders placed on RAITO website are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Please kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.

Canceling Your Order
Once your order has been confirmed, it is possible to cancel it at any point until the packing and shipping process has started which usually takes 2 working days. Please contact us at sales@justraito.com along with your unique order number.
However, for order in Indonesia with bank transfer payment method, payment has to be made within 3 working days or order will be cancelled automatically.
BROWSING THE RAITO WEBSITE
The RAITO website is divided into sections from our different collections. The drop-down side navigation will allow you to explore items from our different collections. Clicking on the thumbnails of each item will allow you to view it on a bigger photo along with detailed information of the item. All items can be removed from your cart at any time until you confirmed your order.
Registration and Login
No registration or login is required to browse the RAITO website. However, registration of your details is required upon purchasing an item on our web. Use the link on the side navigation to login as a returning customer or register as a first time customer.
Your details will be stored securely and kept confidential by RAITO. We will not sell or use your data to a third party.
Shopping Cart
When shopping at RAITO website your added items will be saved on the Cart. The Cart will hold product(s) that you wish to purchase while you shop. You can continue shopping for additional items by clicking on Continue Shopping.
You can access the Cart any time while shopping on our web by clicking on Cart and make adjustments to your Cart until final confirmation of your order.
RAITO Web Purchase Returns Policy
Returns within 7 days
Orders can be cancelled within seven working days upon the receipt of goods. Any sum debited from your credit or debit card (excluding shipping fees) will be credited into your account as soon as possible. To cancel your order, you will need to follow the required procedure set out below within the seven days grace period.
RAITO will offer a refund provided that the product(s) is returned in a complete, perfect condition, unused, fully labeled with the original packaging. RAITO will not accept returns for any items that are non-faulty and have been used. To exchange please follow the required returns procedure set out below.
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession. Failure to comply might affect your privilege to a refund. We request that you do not remove tags until you are completely satisfied that the items will not be subject to return within 7 days. We also request that items are returned with their original packaging including original boxes.
Upon receiving the package, if any item has been delivered without tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We encourage you to check on the items received before disposing any original packaging.
On an unlikely event that there is no replacement available for the faulty item(s), refunds for the items may be given and only at the discretion of RAITO.
